Due to the continued growth and development of the firm, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join us as a Finance Manager.
This is a key leadership role responsible for the effective day-to-day management and continuous development of our Finance function. Working closely with the Head of Finance, you will translate financial strategy into operational delivery, ensuring robust financial controls, accurate reporting, regulatory compliance and the ongoing development of our Finance Team.You will play a central role in supporting business performance, maintaining compliance with the SRA Accounts Rules, improving systems and processes, and ensuring the finance operation remains resilient, efficient and future-focused.

St Austell, Cornwall with hybrid / remote working opportunities.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. However, we will consider applications from candidates seeking alternative working arrangements.
