Finance Manager

Main Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's finance function, including management accounts, cashflow, leases for equipment, and purchase ledger.
• Prepare and manage the company's day-to-day financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate reporting.
• Develop and manage financial forecasts and budgets, providing insightful analysis to senior management.
• Collaborate with the management team to support decision-making and implement financial strategies.
• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, liaising with third-party auditors for statutory accounts and audits.
• Review and optimise financial processes and controls to improve efficiency and support business growth.
• Monitor cashflow, working capital, and capital expenditures, providing guidance on financial performance.
• Assist in the management of the company's tax and VAT obligations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Required
