Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including monthly accounting close activities, accounts receivable oversight, cash flow and working capital management.
• Lead and develop the finance function, including line management and mentoring.
• Prepare and submit accurate monthly management accounts, financial reports, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial analyses.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and produce regular forecasts, monitoring financial performance and identifying variances, trends, and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to monitor expenditure, improve financial performance, and support informed decision-making.
• Maintain robust internal financial controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.
• Coordinate and support internal and external audits, providing documentation and liaising with auditors to meet all requirements.
• Keep up to date with changes in financial legislation, regulatory requirements, and best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
