Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all financial reporting and accounting functions.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic financial advice to support business decision-making.
  • Supervise and guide the Accounting & Finance team to achieve departmental goals.
  • Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Manager should have:

  • Relevant experience in a Management Accountant / Financial Accountant or Finance Manager (or similar) role.
  • Either be ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to lead a team of people (managerial experience is not necessary).
