Ideal candidates will be qualified accountants with experience in fast-growth environments and SMEs. This position is remote with occasional travel to London.

Our client is a fast-growing, luxury retail brand.

This is a truly exciting time to join the business as a sole charge finance manager, reporting directly to an energetic and passionate founder, with support from a Fractional CFO and external bookkeepers.

The role will work closely with external accountants but primarily manage the end-to-end finances of a fast-growth company.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Working directly with the founder on all finance and accounting matters.
• Assisting with launching the brand in new target markets.
• Building cash flow reporting and analysis to provide short- and long-term recommendations.
• Applying a commercial mindset to cash flow management.
• Managing core finance operations such as payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and general bookkeeping.
• Managing relationships with accountants to ensure timely statutory and Companies House filings.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Qualified accountant status.
• Experience working in a growth environment.
• Experience managing core finance operations of an SME, either in industry or as an in-house finance professional for clients in practice.

The company's showroom is based in London, but this role can be performed remotely, with occasional travel to London (approximately once every 2-3 weeks).
