Job Title: Part-time Not-for-profit/Charity Finance Manager
Location: Preston, Lancashire (2 days per week in Preston - rest option to work from home)
Salary: £45,000 (full-time equivalent) – pro-rata £22.5k for part-time role

Are you a “hands-on” Not-for-profit/Charity Accountant seeking a part time opportunity? Do you have a passion for making a real difference in your community? Do you have experience in managing charity finances and want to be part of a meaningful, forward-thinking team?
We are recruiting for a successful local charity with a long-standing presence in the North West of England, committed to supporting a range of causes that make a tangible difference to individuals and families in our community. Our work focuses on youth development, elderly care, education and training, health support services, mental health, carers’ support services and child and family support. They are proud to work alongside local partners to provide resources, services and opportunities for people across the region.
We are looking for a (qualified or QBE) Accountant to take on a hands-on role, supporting three key local charities in their network. This exciting part-time opportunity will allow you to directly influence the financial health and sustainability of these important causes.
As the Part-time Accountant you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the three charities, ensuring they are financially stable, compliant and able to deliver on their mission.
