Job description

CMA are partnering with a global business on an exclusive basis to recruit an experienced Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting role that will see you take ownership of the UK finance function producing management accounts as well as reporting to group on a monthly basis. You will be given the autonomy to run the UK finance team as you see within the group strategy and would best suit an experienced Finance Manager.

What will the Finance Manager role involve?

  • Production of management accounts including commentary on a monthly basis.
  • Production and processing of Payroll on a monthly basis.
  • Ownership of the annual budgeting process with regular re-budgeting exercises and maintains an up-to-date forecast.
  • Line management of the accounts assistant within the team.
  • Oversight of HR responsibilities for the UK entity.
  • Ad hoc group reporting.

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy:

  • Previous experience in a varied finance role.
  • Strong understanding of management accounts.
  • Previous experience in an SME environment.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
