Are you a Qualified Accountant with leadership experience, looking for your next exciting challenge?

Venture Recruitment Partners is seeking a Management Accounts Manager with strong leadership and communication skills to take on a pivotal role leading a team of direct and indirect Management Accountants. in addition to leading a team you’ll be responsible for driving financial control, enhancing internal processes, and delivering strategic financial insights.

Your role:

• Lead the preparation and delivery of management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and reconciliations
• Guide and support the finance team in financial processing and reporting, ensuring corporate compliance
• Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
• Ensure balance sheet reconciliations are accurate and issues are promptly resolved
• Provide challenge and oversight in budgeting and forecasting processes for robust financial planning
• Build strong relationships with internal and external auditors, ensuring compliance and timely responses
• Lead, develop, and motivate a team of direct and indirect management accounting professionals

About you:

• Qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant
• An experienced team leader / manager
• Extensive experience in management accounting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, v look ups etc)
• Proven expertise in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
• Highly motivated, knowledgeable, and process-driven - seeking a role where you can add value and make improvements.
• Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills

Eligibility: Candidates must hold a British Passport (or dual nationality) and have worked in the UK for the last five years.
