The Role
As a Finance Manager, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for the production of the monthly financial accounts and reporting requirements for Mission Systems contracts, as well as delivering an accurate and timely full business forecast created in collaboration with the operational teams.
Day-to-day, you’ll be accountable for all of the reporting requirements for the business unit, including thorough analysis of results and regular reviewing of key variances vs budgets / forecasts for both project and overheads, maintaining high levels of engagement from the Operational Directors, Heads of Business and Senior Finance team:
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and requires regular travel to Bristol, Plymouth or Tewkesbury, on a weekly / monthly basis alongside home working arrangements.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Enhanced Developed Vetting (EDV) security clearance for this role. However, the successful candidate can start on Security Check (SC) security clearance but will need to gain Enhanced Developed Vetting (EDV) security clearance.
