Interim Finance Manager, £25 - £29 per hour, Peterborough, 3-6 Month Contract, Full-Time with Hybrid Working

Your new company

We're delighted to be exclusively partnered with a Peterborough-based SME who are recruiting for an Interim Finance Manager on a 3-6 month contract.

Your new role
You will be joining a small finance team that currently oversees all of the day-to-day financial operations of the business. Following a change of strategic direction, there is now a need to automate the existing processes within the team, so your role will be to look at how the business can modernise their current processes to achieve their goals and free up more time for value-added work.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful, we're looking for someone who has:

1. Sound financial management experience, ideally within an SME environment
2. Good working knowledge of a Sage product - a bonus if this is Sage Intacct
3. Ability to partner across the business to understand needs, but then work independently to implement the changes

What you'll get in return

In return, the role offers:

1. £25 - £29 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay
2. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (equivalent)
3. Hybrid working - 1-2 office days per week
