Joining a dynamic finance team within a well-established business, you'll be managing high-profile projects across social infrastructure, wind, and renewables, providing invaluable exposure to complex financial structures. Key Responsibilities
Financial Reporting: Preparation of monthly & quarterly reports, variance analysis, and board presentations.
Leadership & Mentoring: Managing junior team members, supporting their development, and ensuring financial accuracy.
Stakeholder Management: Working closely with external auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and senior leadership.
Process & Performance Improvement: Identifying efficiencies and enhancing reporting structures.
What we need from you:
ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with at least two years post-qualification experience.
Strong management skills - ability to mentor and develop junior staff.
Experience in finance management within asset management, facilities, construction, engineering, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
Confident interacting with senior stakeholders and comfortable presenting to demanding clients and boards.
Proactive, hands-on, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
