The working hours for this role will be Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
What you’ll do on a typical day:
Ensuring robustness of accounting within GXO and visibility of results to the customer through weekly and period reporting
Confirm clarity of balance sheets across each area of the contract to present to customer and to satisfy internal SOX requirements
Weekly and monthly customer reviews and production of periodic/monthly review packs
Lead financial controls regarding Gainshare and Gainshare elements of the contract.
Work with the operational team to ensure that maximum is delivered in line with contract.
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in a fast-paced finance management role
Experienced in finding cost efficiencies and potential savings
Exposure to building strong business relationships with both internal and external customers
Ideally fully CIMA or ACCA qualified, or actively studying towards
