Location: This role is offered on a permanent basis. It is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote work and from our London office a minimum of two days a week.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our Finance function. This role will bring critical commercial finance skills to bear across the Product & Supply Chain function, providing insight on performance, development, and monitoring of strategic plans and initiatives. A key part of the role will be as the Finance Partner for our own brand business – RS PRO.

What you will be doing:

• Provide financial and strategic business support to RS PRO, with a key focus on revenue, gross margin, and cost base.
• Work as an active member of the RS PRO Leadership team.
• Manage the production, review, and oversight of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for RS PRO.
• Produce insightful financial performance materials and present for RS PRO performance reviews to RS PRO and P&SC leadership teams.
• Act as finance business partner to initiatives and projects across broader P&SC to drive strategic value for the Group.
• Enable understanding of current and future business performance via strategic KPIs.

About you:

• Experience in a finance business partnering role within a large organization.
• Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on driving profitable growth.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., One-Stream, PowerBI, Excel, SAP).
• Qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA (or equivalent), ideally with a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
