This is a unique opportunity for a talented and driven finance professional to make a significant impact within a company that values innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

As Finance Manager, you'll lead a dedicated finance team of direct reports while working closely with the Head of Finance. In this pivotal senior travel job, you'll be responsible for producing monthly management accounts and driving the year-end statutory process, including liaison with external auditors. You'll take ownership of annual P&L and balance sheet budgeting, while managing and developing the AP/AR teams to ensure operational excellence. Beyond core financial responsibilities, you'll drive process improvements, maintain robust financial controls, handle regulatory compliance, and lead significant finance-related projects. This senior travel job in finance will involve extensive business partnering with stakeholders across the organisation, providing strategic insights and analysis to support business growth.

We're seeking a strategic thinker who combines meticulous attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture. The successful candidate will be a natural relationship builder, equally comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and leading their team. You'll need to be hands-on and ready to lead by example, bringing strong commercial awareness and exceptional communication skills to drive positive change across the organisation.
