Overview of Business

We are currently partnered with a 5* Housebuilder who have a London division that is expanding and evolving their Finance Team. The projects for this division are primarily large regeneration projects that are joint ventures.

Job description

Our client is looking for an individual who truly understands Finance Business partnering to ensure the function is driving the business forward. This role will be working on large joint venture projects.

  • Assist with accurate and robust monthly forecasting and preparation.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and joint venture partner relationships.
  • Analysis of data and the ability to make it understood by non-finance team members.

Essential experience

  • A professional accountant qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, allowing them to communicate clearly and appropriately across the project team.
  • Demonstrable experience working on joint venture residential projects.
