Reed is seeking a Finance Manager in Lincoln to lead the internal controls and risk management program within our growing organisation. The role reports to the Financial Controller and focuses on strengthening the control environment, driving governance, and supporting audits.

You will own the organisation's controls framework, collaborate with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams, and help shape end-to-end business processes.

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for governance, risk management, and process improvement? I'm currently recruiting for a key opportunity within a growing organisation seeking an Internal Controls & Risk Manager to help strengthen and develop its control environment. This is an opportunity to join a leading brand and work alongside a skilled team of finance professionals.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, this role will take ownership of the organisation's financial and operational controls framework, working closely with senior finance leaders and cross-functional teams. You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating risk, driving compliance, supporting internal and external audits, and helping shape end-to-end business processes.
