We're delighted to be supporting a fast-growing client in the technology sector - a group business recognised for its innovative approach and ambitious growth trajectory. Operating across multiple service lines, this organisation is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to help drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making at a critical point in their expansion.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to step into a broad and impactful role, managing day-to-day finance operations while providing valuable insights to senior leadership. You'll lead a small but capable team, with one direct report, and report directly to the Managing Director.

Finance Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts across the group
• Produce P&L reports and deliver variance analysis with actionable commentary
• Oversee balance sheet reconciliations and ensure financial data accuracy
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Support business units with financial insights to inform operational and strategic decisions
• Develop and enhance financial processes and internal controls
• Build strong cross-functional relationships, supporting commercial teams with data-driven insight
• Manage and support the development of one direct report
• Contribute to group-wide projects and finance transformation initiatives

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within a dynamic, multi-entity business
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex financial information clearly
• A hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience managing or mentoring junior team members is desirable
