Job description

Axon Moore are excited to be supporting a growing business in Lancaster to recruit a Finance Manager. This role is paying a competitive salary of up to £50,000 with a flexible hybrid working arrangement on offer.

Candidates must be ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified or QBE

Responsibilities include:

• Prepare and review monthly management accounts
• Oversee AP and AR functions, ensuring timely payments and collections
• Monitor and reconcile financial transactions with attention to detail
• Identify and resolve issues such as missing documentation
• Support day-to-day finance operations with a proactive, structured approach
• Develop and refine Excel-based tracking and reconciliation tools
