IPS Finance is supporting an international manufacturing company in their search for a Finance Manager to support the financial controller.

The salary range is £60,000 - £65,000 with a bonus of 10% and a 5% matched pension contribution.

The group currently consists of 6 trading companies across the UK & Europe. We are looking for a Finance Manager who can work as part of a finance team in a changing & dynamic environment.

The role will report into the Financial Controller.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparation of weekly & monthly reports.
2. Ensure monthly reconciliations are performed in a timely manner.
3. Manage stock levels and inventory movements.
4. Monthly board pack preparation.
5. Ensuring payments are received and made on time.
6. Overseeing revenue returns UK & Europe.
7. Work with the finance team to ensure delivery of key targets for all areas of the business.

Key Skills:

1. Finance Manager with 5+ years' experience in similar roles.
2. Self-motivated with a high level of attention to detail.
3. Strong Excel experience is essential.
