Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Planning: Develop and manage the business plan, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  2. Costings: Oversee and analyse cost structures to support decision-making and profitability.
  3. Team Leadership: Manage a small finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  4. Partnership with Operations: Work closely with the operational team to ensure financial strategies support business objectives.
  5. Management Accounting Transition: Play a pivotal role in bringing management accounting in-house in the future.
  6. Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts for utilities, telecoms, and building services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. Proven experience in a finance management role, ideally within a similar industry.
  2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  3. Excellent business acumen and commercial awareness.
  4. Hands-on experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  5. Strong negotiation skills, particularly in contract management.
