Greystar Europe is seeking a qualified corporate accountant to deliver European corporate accounting, applying GAAP, VAT and robust financial controls. You will turn complex data into clear insights for senior stakeholders, support budgeting and planning, and work closely with the FP&A team across multiple jurisdictions.
You will manage monthly reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll processing support, and compliance, with a focus on process improvements, accuracy and timely reporting
This role is responsible for delivering corporate accounting for Greystar Europe. This includes applying generally accepted accounting principles to analyse financial information, reconcile financial statements, prepare general and standard journal entries, assist in budget and strategic planning, and prepare standard accounting and financial reports for management.
You’re a qualified accountant with strong real estate finance experience and a solid grasp of GAAP, VAT, company structures, and financial controls. Confident with Excel, audits, and complex financial data, you can turn numbers into clear insights for senior stakeholders.
Organised, commercially aware, and hands‑on, you take ownership, manage competing priorities, and lead others with confidence. You bring a positive attitude, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑jurisdictional environment.
We include a range of benefits for our corporate team members, including competitive pension, healthcare, and holiday allowance, amongst others as standard.
