Job summary

SIBIE Ltd, a healthcare group expanding across the UK, Europe, the USA and the Gulf, seeks a Finance Manager to oversee budgeting, reporting, and cash flow across multiple markets. You will balance hands-on financial control with strategic business partnering to drive growth and ensure regulatory compliance.

You will lead financial planning, produce management reports, and collaborate with commercial teams on deal terms while maintaining robust controls and processes across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a finance management role, ideally within healthcare or professional services
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and multi-jurisdiction compliance requirements
• Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls in a growing organisation
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with QuickBooks, Xero, SAP or similar
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounting, invoicing, payroll, and cash flow
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes across departments
• Monitor financial performance against targets and flag risks or opportunities to leadership
• Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax requirements, and audit standards across markets
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable and healthy working capital management
• Support commercial and partnership teams with financial input on deal structuring and contracts
• Implement and maintain robust financial controls, processes, and systems
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making including new market entry and partnerships

Role Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Finance Manager to oversee the company's financial operations and provide the financial insight needed to support our growth. • Proven experience managing budgets, forecasts, and financial controls in a growing organisation
• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial data into clear business insights
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of financial governance
• Effective communicator, able to work cross-functionally with commercial, operations, and leadership teams
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive financial information
