Job summary

TPP Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager in London for a hybrid, 0.8 FTE role working 4 days per week. You will own day-to-day financial management, strengthen reporting and systems, and partner with senior colleagues and budget holders to drive robust governance and decision-making.

The role blends management accounting, financial operations and governance, with a focus on improving financial controls and processes in a culturally-focused organisation.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA or CIMA).
• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Excellent Excel and finance systems skills.
• Strong working knowledge of Xero.
• Experience of budgeting, reconciliations, VAT and preparing accounts for audit.
• Payroll processes and statutory compliance knowledge.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance colleagues.
• Collaborative, organised and solutions-focused approach.
• Experience of charity or not-for-profit finance would be valuable.

£50,000 FTE (£40,000 actual) 0.8 FTE, 4 days per week Permanent London / Hybrid

An established organisation in the arts and cultural sector is looking for an experienced Finance Manager to take ownership of its day-to-day financial management and help strengthen financial reporting, systems and processes.

This is a broad, hands-on role combining management accounting, financial operations and governance. You'll work closely with senior colleagues and budget holders, providing clear financial information that supports good decision-making across the organisation.

The organisation is going through a period of development, making this a particularly good opportunity for someone who enjoys improving systems and processes while maintaining accurate and dependable financial operations.
