  • Lead the preparation and review of annual statutory financial statements for portfolio entities and act as a key contact during the year‑end audit process
  • Develop and implement finance processes and controls, driving continuous improvement across the operational portfolio

Technical accounting and commercial activities

  • Support the management of financing arrangements and facility agreements, including reporting and covenant requirements
  • Prepare technical accounting assessments and accounting papers for significant transactions and complex accounting matters
  • Support acquisitions, disposals and other strategic transactions, working with internal and external stakeholders throughout the transaction lifecycle
  • Contribute to the preparation of budgets, forecasts and wider financial planning activities for the operational portfolio
Skills & Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of driving improvement in a growing organisation
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver technical accounting and commercial projects
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across both finance and non‑finance teams
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge, with experience of debt reporting, consolidations and financial instruments/derivatives considered advantageous
  • Experience contributing to annual budgets, periodic forecasts and longer‑term financial planning processes, including partnering with operational stakeholders to challenge assumptions and support decision‑making
  • Exposure to international operations and overseas entities preferred
Our Compensation & Benefits
