Job description

1. Responsible for business financial analysis, including but not limited to budget and forecast management, operational performance evaluation, business decision support, competitive commercial analysis, financial capability building, and the establishment and optimization of finance-business processes and rules.

2. Conduct data analysis on business metrics, merchant pricing analysis, correlation analysis of business factors, pain point analysis, and trend analysis for various sub-segments to deliver business strategies and solutions.

3. Perform cost visibility analysis for logistics and supply chain fulfillment resources, assist in fulfillment capability building, and independently evaluate the ROI of various decisions and activities.

4. Deeply engage in business development, providing constructive financial recommendations to mitigate risks or achieve cost savings, and lead the formulation and implementation of systematic solutions from a finance perspective.

5. Through monthly/quarterly/annual reporting cycles, organize business target setting and actual performance tracking, analyze variances, and provide multidimensional financial insights to support business decisions.

6. Continuously improve BU financial management processes and policies, balancing business growth with internal control risk management.

**Job Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Management; 5+ years of experience in large reputable companies or accounting firms with solid financial expertise and analytical experience.

2. Strong logical thinking, high data sensitivity, and analytical skills, with the ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems effectively.

3. Sharp business acumen; proficient in Excel, PowerBI, or other data tools for financial modeling and visualization; familiarity with SQL is a plus.

4. Excellent teamwork and cross-departmental collaboration skills, resilience under pressure, strong professionalism, positive attitude, accountability, and fast learning ability.

5. CPA/ACCA/CMA certification or familiarity with PRC/US GAAP/IFRS standards is preferred.

6. Preferably with experience in logistics/supply chain, internet, retail, manufacturing and a background in accounting firms
