As the Finance Manager, you will lead our core finance operations, overseeing the banking, treasury, payroll, pensions, financial systems and Finance Department.
Managing banking and treasury activities, you will ensure sufficient funds are available, payments are properly authorised, and investments are managed in line with charity policies.
You will also maintain the integrity of financial reporting, ledger and costing structures, internal controls and monthly processes, supporting the Finance Director with budgeting, reporting and year-end audit activity.
Leading the Finance Department, you will oversee staff development and manage payroll and pension functions for UK and overseas employees, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.
