Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 depending on experience

Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead core financial operations and deliver high-quality financial services across their Group. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will oversee management accounts, forecasting, annual budgets, statutory returns and internal controls. You will be a qualified accountant (CCAB or equivalent) with strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills and proven experience managing a high-performing finance team.

You will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making, ensuring financial compliance and partnering with stakeholders to drive improvement and innovation. If you are hands-on, commercially aware and passionate about making a positive impact in education, we’d love to hear from you.
