Hamilton Woods are working exclusively with a Stockport based client seeking an experienced Finance Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
2. Production of management accounts & completion of month end processes.
3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards (ACCA/ACA).
4. Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship and guidance.
5. Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
7. Manage cash flow, financial planning, and risk management.
8. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
9. Produce bespoke analysis and confidently relay information to all levels.

Requirements:

1. ACCA or ACA qualified with significant post–qualification experience.
2. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
3. Strong analytical and problem–solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
5. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
