Job description

Due to exciting expansion I m delighted to be recruiting a Finance Manager to lead an AR/AP team for a global business based near Kings Lynn.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a high performing team and take ownership of the day-to-day finance operations while driving process improvements and leading a collaborative team. My client describes the business as being people focused and currently going through a period of successful growth.

The role

  • In this pivotal role you ll deliver accurately and timely monthly financials ensuring reports are ready for financial review.
  • Handle journal entries and accruals
  • Complete monthly 1-1 s
  • Assess and refine internal controls
  • Manage the outsourced IT Support Vendor relationship
  • Prepare reports on credit control risk and aged debt analysis

About you
  • To be suitable you ll ideally have 4 years of experience in finance/accounting with some supervisory or management experience
  • A finance qualification would be beneficial although this is not essential
  • Team-oriented and ready to help lead the team through change with a strong focus on talent development
  • Familiarity with ERP systems
  • You ll be inquisitive, a team player and be keen to bring new ideas to the table
