• Owns and develops a standardised, simplified, and automated process for all functions and entities, ensuring compliance with regulations and good financial practice.
• Creates a culture of continuous process improvement.
• Leads, manages, and motivates the team to deliver exceptional internal customer service, meeting KPIs and maintaining integrity and professionalism.
• Uses performance measures to drive delivery and enhance processes.
• Sets challenging goals to ensure stakeholders experience improvement and value for money.
• Develops personal capabilities through training, coaching, and obtaining relevant professional accreditation.
• Keeps up-to-date with technology, regulations, and industry best practices via education, conferences, and specialist media.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Qualified Accountant with Team Management Experience: Skilled in leading teams and delivering clear, tailored communication to diverse audiences.

Business & Financial Acumen: Applies deep business knowledge and financial insights to drive strategic goals and make informed decisions.

Problem-Solving & Accountability: Effectively navigates complex information, holds self and others accountable, and prioritises tasks to meet organisational objectives.
