Job summary

A boutique financial advisory firm in London seeks a Senior Manager to oversee financial reporting and manage a team. The ideal candidate will be ACA/ACCA or CIMA qualified with at least 3 years of experience and strong expertise in UK GAAP & IFRS. This full-time position offers an annual performance-related bonus and various benefits including private health care.

Equifind is working with a boutique financial advisory business based in Soho that is looking to add a Finance Manager to the team. With over 120 professionals in London, we are scaling rapidly and primarily target sectors such as real estate, infrastructure, private equity & venture capital, technology, and professional services.

Location: London, England, United Kingdom

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial reporting for a large portfolio of clients, including bookkeeping, VAT returns, and management accounts with UK GAAP & IFRS
• Ensure all monthly, quarterly and year‑end deliverables are completed to a high‑quality standard
• Lead and develop a team of direct reports, including managing performance, setting goals and ongoing training
• Onboard new clients, including preparation of proposals and engagement letters
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
