FINANCE MANAGER

Enderby, Leicester | A£30,000-A£35,000 + Performance Bonus | Full-time, Permanent

YOUR ROLE:

As Finance Manager, you'll take the lead on all things finance in this established export business. Reporting directly to senior management, you'll manage the day-to-day accounting processes, produce accurate financial reports, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing bookkeeping, invoicing, reconciliations, and AP/AR.
  2. Preparing monthly accounts, performance analysis, and financial forecasting.
  3. Handling VAT returns and keeping the business audit-ready.
  4. Supporting operational decisions by identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  5. Overseeing relationships with external accountants and suppliers.
