The selected candidate will deliver expert financial support, produce management accounts, and contribute to governance and improvement initiatives within a dynamic finance team.

Qualifications

• CCAB/CIMA qualified or part-qualified, or equivalent experience.
• Proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
• Available for immediate start and hybrid work.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a progressive finance team within the NHS, supporting divisional areas during a period of change and operational demand. The role will be up to 12 months long

Responsibilities:

• Provide expert financial support and guidance to clinical and operational teams across the organisation
• Produce monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and forecasting
• Support divisional budget holders with financial planning, business cases, and CIP tracking
• Ensure robust financial governance and contribute to financial improvement initiatives
• Assist with year-end processes, budget setting, and financial reporting requirements

Person:

• CCAB/CIMA qualified or part-qualified or equivalent experience
• Proactive, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Available to start at short notice and work on a hybrid basis
