Job summary

Randstad is partnering with a well known manufacturer and building materials company to recruit a Finance Manager for a 12-month temporary role in Coalville with hybrid working. The role involves all-round accounting tasks, including month-end, reports, journals, payment runs, cash flow, payroll and VAT returns.

The ideal candidate will have full/part qualified or qualified by experience, familiarity with SAGE, strong Excel skills, and SME experience is beneficial.

Qualifications

• All-round accounting experience (Qualified, Part Qualified or QBE).
• Knowledge of SAGE is nice to have.
• Good level of Excel.
• Experience working within SMEs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Month-end tasks, journal entries, payment runs and VAT returns.
• Cash flow management and payroll duties.
• Prepare reports and assist with close processes.

We are partnering exclusively with a well known manufacturer and building materials company in their search for a Finance Manager. This is a 12 month temporary role paying up to £250 per day PAYE. The role is based in Coalville and offers hybrid working, and is a great opportunity to work with a company working on an exciting project.

You will be responsible for all round accounting tasks including month end, running reports, journals, payment runs, cash flow, payroll and VAT returns.

What you will need:

• All round accounting experience (Qualified, Part Qualified or Qualified By Experience)
• Knowledge of SAGE is nice to have
• Good level of Excel
• Experience working within SMEs is beneficial
