Job summary

HFG Insurance Recruitment is seeking a Finance Manager to join our London-based finance team. This senior role leads the delivery of underwriting results and oversees technical accounting, while guiding a small finance team to ensure accurate month-end reporting.

You will collaborate with Actuarial, FP&A and Reinsurance, driving efficiency and data quality, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP and other standards.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Strong technical insurance accounting experience across Lloyd's and company markets.
• Experience managing or developing a small finance team.

Responsibilities

• Own month-end processes, reconciliations and financial controls.
