Finance Manager (Hybrid Working)

iMultiply are delighted to be supporting an Edinburgh based organisation to recruit experienced Finance Manager on an initial 6 month contract. This is role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders to support strategic financial planning, manage budgets, and contribute to both business-as-usual and high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial management activities including monthly variance reporting, forecasting, and annual planning.
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, overseeing month-end processes, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Support strategic financial planning aligned to business goals and annual delivery plans.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to both finance and non-finance staff.

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified accountant (or in the final stages of qualification).
• Strong background in financial management, reporting, and planning.
• Proven experience interpreting financial data to support decision-making.
• Skilled in report writing and delivering briefings to inform organisational priorities.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills.

Desirable Attributes:

• A passion for continuous improvement and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
• Familiarity with project and programme financial monitoring.
