Meraki Talent are exclusively supporting with the appointment of a permanent Finance Manager based in central Edinburgh with excellent hybrid working paying between £50,000 - £60,000 plus fantastic bonus potential & a great overall benefits package.

The Role

The position of Finance Manager is a perfectly balanced position providing access & exposure to commercial finance, management accounting and financial accounting. The successful candidate doesn’t have to have commercial finance or management accounting experience as the management team are confident in their ability to upskill, but it’s essential they have strong communication and stakeholder management skills to business partner with senior and non-financial stakeholders.

On Offer

The position of Finance Manager is base in Edinburgh with parking facilitates, and also easily accessible via public transport. It offers excellent hybrid working, but does require an individual based in the central belt of Scotland that will be present in the office a few days per week. The role will also offer:

• £50,000 - £55,000 for a first time mover from an Accountancy Practice/Firm
• £55,000 - £60,000 for a second time mover that already has 12 months+ industry experience
• A range of other perks – life insurance, private healthcare etc.
• Strong flexible & hybrid working

Candidate Profile

We are keen to engage with qualified Accountants that trained within an Accountancy Firm/Practice – this could be within a variety of disciplines including audit, business advisory, corporate finance or taxation.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills are paramount.
