As a Finance Manager, you will:

• Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycle, providing insightful financial data to the Leadership Team
• Oversee payroll and ensuring statutory compliance and best practices
• Drive efficiency and value through procurement and facilities management
• Line-managing and empowering two direct reports (one finance, one facilities)

To be successful as a Finance Manager, you will:

• Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• Strong track record in financial planning and reporting
• Confident line manager with a people-first approach
• A great organiser who thrives on solving problems and improving systems
• Ideally, you'll bring experience of charity accounting, however, this isn't essential

In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £44,500 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, however, part-time of 30 hours will also be considered.
