As a Finance Manager, you will:
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting and reporting cycle, providing insightful financial data to the Leadership Team
- Oversee payroll and ensuring statutory compliance and best practices
- Drive efficiency and value through procurement and facilities management
- Line-managing and empowering two direct reports (one finance, one facilities)
To be successful as a Finance Manager, you will:
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA
- Strong track record in financial planning and reporting
- Confident line manager with a people-first approach
- A great organiser who thrives on solving problems and improving systems
- Ideally, you'll bring experience of charity accounting, however, this isn't essential
In return, my client are offering a salary of up to £44,500 depending on experience. Please note, this is a full-time permanent position, however, part-time of 30 hours will also be considered.
