We're looking for a commercially minded and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join their team. This is a pivotal role that will take ownership of the day-to-day financial operations, ensure robust financial controls, and provide strategic insights to support our continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of the finance function, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and deliver actionable insights to the senior leadership team.
• Oversee transactional finance ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop and implement financial controls and policies to safeguard company assets.
• Partner with department heads to track performance against budgets and support strategic decision-making.
• Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and HMRC.
• Lead on cost analysis, margin improvement initiatives, and pricing strategy.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory financial requirements.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within an SME.
• Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
