A well-known theatre in Birmingham is looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the financial management processes. The successful candidate will manage the transactional finance team, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the theatre's finance operations. Ideal candidates should have at least five years of experience in finance, particularly in the charitable arts sector, and possess strong people management skills. Summary
The Rep's Finance department is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the theatre and its commercial subsidiaries. Supported by and reporting into the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will have the responsibility for the accurate delivery of the transactional finance function as well as supporting the wider finance team.

Salary: £32,694.52 per annum with more for an exceptional candidate.
Hours: Full time. 39 hours per week worked over 5 days. However, part time work for 4 days per week (i.e. 0.8 FTE) will also be considered.
Location: This role is based onsite at The Rep in Birmingham, however there is some flexibility for hybrid working after completing the probation period.
