A growing finance recruitment firm in Birmingham is seeking a Finance Manager to manage their finance team and oversee transactional finance functions. The ideal candidate has experience with SAGE 50 and Payroll, as well as a background in mid-sized organizations. Qualifications

• Experience managing a finance function and leading a small team.
• Proficient with SAGE 50 and SAGE Payroll.
• Experience in a multi-million pound/mid-sized organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage transactional finance functions including Accounts Payables and Receivables.
• Produce monthly management accounts.
• Prepare accounts for external auditors and year-end accountants.

Overview

Carter Rolan Group's Accountancy & Finance Division are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager to join a fast growing and exciting business in the B43, Great Barr, Birmingham area.

This is a Permanent, Full time, on site role. You will be working Monday to Friday in a 9am-5pm.

Your new Finance Manager role

Managing a small team of accounts and payroll assistants, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing transactional finance functions including Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables as well as managing payroll. You will also produce monthly management accounts and perform accounts preparation duties to give to external auditors and year end accountants.

What you will need to succeed in this Finance Manager role

• Managing a finance function and line management experience
• Managing AP/AR
• SAGE 50 is a must & SAGE Payroll
• SME environment experience within a multi million pound/mid sized organisation
