Job summary

MBDA UK Limited in Stevenage invites applicants to join a Finance Level 4 Higher Apprenticeship. You will start with a Level 3 Assistant Accountant qualification, then progress to a Level 4 Diploma in Professional Accounting with AAT, delivered by BPP through virtual lessons. Placements in Finance functions provide hands-on experience across sites.

The programme runs 4 years with a total salary of £21,000 plus a £3,000 joining bonus. Attendance at MBDA sites is required, and BPSS checks apply.

Qualifications

• GCSEs: minimum 5 GCSEs at grades 9-4, including English Language, Mathematics and a Science or Technology subject.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft applications is essential for this apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Placements within at least two Finance functions, onsite 2–3 days per week.
• Final 12 months of the scheme: full-time work to gain practical experience.
