Quarriers is seeking a Senior Finance Manager (Planning & Development) to shape future resources and support services across Scotland. This permanent, full-time role blends strategic financial leadership with hands-on planning, forecasting and business partnering to maximise impact.

Reporting to Head of Finance, you will lead budgeting, provide analysis to inform decisions, and collaborate with operational and corporate teams on tenders and contracts.

Qualificações

• CCAB-qualified or equivalent experience in senior finance roles.
• Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial planning in complex environments.
• Experience statutory financial reporting and liaising with external auditors.
• Ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Strong communication and ability to translate financial data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decisions.
• Partner with operational and corporate teams to drive performance.
• Support business development activity, including financial input into tenders and contracts.
