Job summary

Pubity Group is seeking an ambitious Head of Finance to lead the next phase of our finance function in a fast-growing media business. You’ll build a best-in-class team, strengthen reporting and controls, and provide strategic insight to help Pubity scale sustainably.

You’ll own FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow across UK and US entities, manage banking and intercompany transfers, and drive automation with AI tools while partnering with Sales, RevOps and leadership.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) or equivalent depth of experience.
• Hands-on FP&A for 6–12 months before dedicated resource joins.
• Experience in media/ad-supported businesses.
• Comfort across multi-entity, multi-currency environments (UK/US).
• AI-forward, automation-first mindset with daily use of AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the finance team.
• Own budgeting and rolling forecast process with bottom-up input by department.
• Run monthly management accounts and board reporting with clear commercial narrative.
• Maintain cash flow forecasting across UK and US entities; manage intercompany transfers & FX exposure.
• Drive automation in reconciliation, reporting, and month-end close using AI tools.
