Job summary

Brewer Morris is seeking an experienced Manager – Financial Reporting & Business Partnering to join a high-performing finance team. You will lead statutory and financial reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP, deliver management accounts, budgeting, and provide commercial insights to senior stakeholders.

The role involves secondments and interim support across diverse client portfolios, with a focus on strategic partnering and value-add finance leadership.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualified accountant.
• Significant post-qualification experience in professional services or industry finance.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
• Experience in management accounting and business partnering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation and review of statutory and financial reporting under IFRS, UK GAAP, and other standards.
• Deliver high-quality management accounts, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Act as trusted business partner to senior stakeholders with commercial insight.
• Support finance transformation, process improvement and reporting enhancements.
• Undertake client secondments and provide interim finance support as needed.
• Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to add value.
• Lead and develop engagement teams and nurture a high-performance culture.
