Agora Talent Ltd in Central London is partnering with a boutique VC to appoint a Finance Lead / Finance Manager responsible for fund accounting and management company accounting, reporting to Finance Director, with ownership in a small collaborative team.

The role covers day-to-day fund accounting (capital calls, distributions, management fees), management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and investor reporting; ideal candidates will have VC/PE fund accounting experience and are

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with fund accounting experience, preferably in VC or PE.
• Experience coordinating fund valuations and investor reporting.
• Strong autonomy in a small, entrepreneurial finance team.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day fund accounting, including capital calls and distributions.
• Oversee management company accounting, including P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash flow.
• Coordinate quarterly portfolio reporting and support fund valuations.
• Manage relationships with fund administrators, accountants and auditors, including year-end accounts and audits.
• Support wider finance and fund operations as required.
