The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting expertise with over 5 years’ experience in manufacturing. Responsibilities include overseeing monthly financial reporting, budgeting, and leading a finance team. Qualifications

• 5+ years’ progressive accounting experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrable experience in manufacturing cost accounting including COGS and inventory valuation.
• Experience leading or supporting ERP implementations or migrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial management of the UK entity.
• Own and lead the full month-end close, producing accurate financial statements.
• Build and manage budgets and forecasts aligned with the company’s growth strategy.
