We’re looking for a Programme Finance Lead who can:

  • Be the trusted owner of a complex transformation budget and cost model
  • Develop and embed financial controls aligned with corporate processes
  • Forecast, monitor and report on programme spend with accuracy
  • Guide and challenge senior leaders with insightful financial analysis
  • Ensure compliance and robust governance across procurement and invoicing

You are:

  • A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ICAEW or equivalent)
  • Highly experienced in project accounting with experience of change and programme delivery
  • Fluent in Excel (Power Query and VBA a plus)
  • Detail-driven, pragmatic, and confident in challenging the status quo
  • A skilled communicator able to influence at all levels
  • Comfortable working across complex stakeholder groups in fast-paced change environments
  • Passionate about continuous improvement and simplifying the complex
  • Able to travel to the North of England on a monthly basis
