Job summary

Pinsent Masons is seeking a Finance Lawyer (3-6 years PQE) to join our team in Manchester or Birmingham. You will advise on a broad range of finance transactions, with a focus on asset-based lending and receivables financing, supporting a diverse client base from banks to corporates.

You’ll work with leaders in the field, gain exposure to high-profile deals, and develop technical expertise and client relationships in a fast-growing national finance practice.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years PQE in finance law.
• Experience advising on asset-based lending and receivables financing.
• Experience handling complex financing transactions across lenders and borrowers.

Responsibilities

• Advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of finance transactions, with a focus on asset-based lending facilities and receivables financing.
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing key financing documentation and ancillary transaction documents.
• Collaborating with UK and international colleagues to deliver commercially focused advice.
• Building strong client relationships and understanding clients' objectives and financing needs.
• Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the Finance practice.
