We are working with a leading US law firm in London seeking to hire a junior to mid-level Finance lawyer to focus on Securitisation and Funds Finance.

Candidates must have a minimum of 1 year’s PQE at a leading global law firm and an excellent grounding in legal finance work, specifically Securitisation Finance, with an interest in Funds Finance. An excellent academic record is essential to demonstrate the intellectual rigor required to focus on complex financing transactions.
